Census Day 21 March 2021
Census Day 21 March 2021
By now everyone should have received their Census letter with their unique access code and many will have already submitted online or requested, completed and returned a paper form.
Completing your census form/questionnaire
Census Day is Sunday 21 March. If you’ve not yet completed your census form, please complete and submit it this weekend.
The Information Pack you received in early March will tell you what you need to do. Use the unique code given in the Pack to access the form online using any device.
If you can’t find your Information Pack, or need any help (such as getting another access code) call the Help Line.
It is acceptable for a family member or a trusted person to complete the form on someone else’s behalf. A young carer can also complete on behalf of an adult.
Call the Census Help Line on 0800 141 2021 or visit census.gov.uk.
