Support for carers in our area

There is support available through Northamptonshire Carers – their role is to promote the charity’s services, which is to support unpaid Carers countywide. Carers are someone of any age who care for a relative or friend who has a disability, long-term physical or mental health condition or other additional needs.

Their Connecting Communities project is funded by The Big Lottery and its aim is to raise the awareness of their services and the support they can offer those Carers, especially those who live in rural communities and often isolated from centrally based services.
