Support the public survey – Northamptonshire Health, Care and Wellbeing Plan

Northamptonshire Health and Care Partnership is launching a new public survey inviting people across the county to help shape the development of theNorthamptonshire Health, Care and Wellbeing Plan.

This is Northamptonshire’s response to the NHS Long Term Plan and will be our county’s single strategic plan for the future of health and social care, incorporating a refreshed strategy for the Health and Wellbeing Board.

As this will set the direction for the future of health and care in our county, we are keen for a wide range of voices to be heard in its development – and the new survey follows on from previous public engagement work already undertaken in Northamptonshire earlier this year.

The partnership are hoping to raise awareness of the survey in order to encourage communities to participate.
